HORIZA is an AI-based tool that leverages route-level historical riders counts on an hourly, daily, and weekly-basis, zone landmarks information (commercial vs residential) and regional populations data, if available. The tool then provides a forecast of short-term and long-term demand on the transportation network. It also allows for identification of critical factors driving future changes in ridership demand trends and patterns.
